Terms, privacy, refunds & disclaimers

By applying to and enrolling in INAC, you agree to participate in the 12-week program as described on this site: masterclasses, execution labs, mentor office hours, and a Demo Day pitch, delivered on the schedule and via the platforms INAC specifies.

INAC is equity-free — we do not take a stake in your company in exchange for participation. INAC does not guarantee funding, employment, a visa, or any specific business outcome as a result of participation.

Day-to-day program delivery (missions, mentor booking, milestone tracking, the founder community) happens on a separately managed platform. Access is granted by email once your seat is confirmed.

A minimum weekly time commitment of 3–5 hours is required to remain in good standing in the program.

We collect the information you submit through this site's forms — application details, partnership inquiries, contact messages, and newsletter sign-ups — solely to review applications, respond to inquiries, and run the program.

Application and idea details may be shared with INAC mentors and jury members strictly for program purposes, subject to the mentor confidentiality terms below. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the Contact page.

For Direct cohorts, program fees are confirmed and collected after your assessment call, once a seat is offered — not at the point of application.

If you withdraw before the program start date, fees paid are refundable in full. Once the program has started, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, in line with the resources already committed to your cohort (mentor time, jury slots, and materials).

University and Sponsored cohort refund terms are set out in the individual partnership agreement, not this page.

• INAC does not guarantee funding, a job, a visa, or company setup as a result of participation. We provide structured readiness and Demo Day exposure only.
• Any certificate issued on completion recognizes participation and milestones reached in the program — it does not imply a regulated academic qualification unless formally approved by the relevant authority.
• Mentors may be exposed to confidential details of your idea in the course of advising you. Mentors agree to confidentiality terms as part of joining the mentor bench, and founders should treat mentor feedback and connections as confidential in return.
• Founders retain ownership of their own ideas and IP. INAC does not claim any ownership stake in participant ideas or companies.
